Watervliet - Isabella Nancy Kern, infant daughter of Melissa Shrader Kern and David R. Kern passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Isabella was born on October 8, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. In addition to her loving parents, Isabella is survived by her paternal grandparents, Michelle Louy and William Kern; her maternal grandparents, Nancy and Charles Shrader; her aunt, Katherine Kern; her uncle, Gregory Kern; her great-grandparents, Royce Louy, Grace Johnson and Barbara Duhamel. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, December 7, 2012 at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Colonie. Relatives and friends may also call at the funeral home Friday from 11:00 to 12:00, prior to the service. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Colonie.
