Obituary of Susie C. Livingston

New Scotland - Susie Secor Livingston, daughter of the late Millie and Frank Secor, died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Susie was the beloved wife of John Livingston; mother of Judy (Robert) Euler and Donna (Larry) Gartelman; grandmother of Christopher (Kathy) Euler, Jacqueline (Mark) Euler, Steven (Jennifer) Euler, Scott Gartelman, Erika (Stephen) McManus and Adam (Melissa) Gartelman; and great-grandmother of Abagail Gartelman, Olivia Euler, Emma Euler and Connor McManus. She was predeceased by her son, Edward; brother, Curtis Secor; and sisters, Evelyn Latham, Ada Lyman and Elizabeth Murphy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Susie retired from the Farm Family Insurance Company in Glenmont in the early 1980's. She was a member of the Voorheesville First United Metnodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 o'clock Monday morning, March 4, 2013 at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Voorheesville. Calling hours will be Sunday from 4 - 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Susie's family would like to extend their many thanks to all the personnel at St. Peter's Comfort Care Unit on the 5th Floor. For those who wish, memorial contributions to the Voorheesville First United Methodist Church, 68 Maple Ave., Voorheesville, NY 12186 would be appreciated.
