Obituary of Adam J. Williams

Colonie - Adam J. Williams, 29, of Colonie died Thursday, March 21, 2013. Born in Albany, Adam was a lifelong Colonie resident. He was a 2001 graduate of South Colonie High School and had worked in the Capital District in the construction industry, most recently for CR Drywall in Voorheesville. Adam was also an avid softball and basketball player. Adam was the son of Deborah Ruth Williams and James Williams of Colonie; brother of Kristen Williams (Derrick Friebel) of Colonie; paternal grandson of Evelyn Williams and the late Stewart Williams; maternal grandson of the late Tess and Donald Ruth; and uncle of Tessa and Dylan Friebel. He is also survived by his good friend, Ryan Connelly-Carr; his beloved dog, Tally; and a large extended family. Funeral 9:00 o'clock Wednesday morning from the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, Colonie and at 10:00 o'clock at Christ Our Light Church, 1 Maria Dr., Loudonville. Burial will be in Memory's Garden Cemetery in Colonie. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 - 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
