Obituary of Robert D. Albert, Jr.

Bob elevated with God on November 29, 2024, to join with his family and ancestors.

Born to Angeline and Robert Sr., his early years were spent in Albany, Camp Batchelder, Cortland College and the Coast Guard in Cleveland, OH.

He married the love of his life, Isobel Ure in 1957.  They built their own home on Woodwind Drive, Voorheesville, NY and remained there until retirement.

Bob worked in the printing and lithography business and owned RDA Graphics with Isobel until their retirement.  Many winters were joyfully spent in North Fort Myers, FL and summers at Woodstock Lake Campground in Berne, NY.

His legacy remains with his children: Wendy (Steve) Relyea, Valerie (Joseph) Albert & Bob Albert and his grandchildren Alex & Trevor (Relyea) who brought him much love and happiness.

There will be no calling hours.  His children will plan a celebration of life in the spring.  They offer gratitude to his friends Melissa, Grace and The Daughters of Sarah “friends galore” who all cared for him as a family member.  To these people, we are forever grateful.
