Obituary of Pamela Grathwohl Seh

Voorheesville - Pamela G. Seh of Voorheesville and Lake George, wife of 47 years to John F. Seh, Sr. passed away suddenly in her home on Friday, January 10, 2014 after a short illness. Pam was born on February 14, 1947 in Greenport, Long Island to Wilfred and Evelyn Grathwohl who pre-deceased her. She was the beloved mother of John F. Seh, Jr and his wife, Kelly of Lake George and Jamie K. Seh of Orlando, FL. She was adored by her two grandchildren, Olivia Katherine and Ella Grace Seh of Lake George. She left behind many beloved friends and family members. Pam graduated high school from Southhold High, Class of '64 and then attended Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, earning a degree in Economics. From there, she worked for the New York State Department of Mental Hygeine. After seven years of bringing up her children, she became an Assistant Librarian at the Voorheesville Elementary School, working with children for two decades before retiring. She loved spending summers in Lake George with her grandchildren and all of her friends. A special thanks go out to the Sheriff's Department and EMS Department who responded in such a timely manner. Pamela's loving spirit and selflessness made her adored by all of us. She will be sadly missed. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at St. Matthew's Church, Mountainview St., Voorheesville.
