It is with deep sadness that I read about the passing of Leo Dott - truly a man for the ages and one of the Capital Region's finest citizens. His well known & established Garage on the border of Colonie & Albany was not only a helpful & friendly place for auto repair, but also a welcoming center of sorts, due to his warm & always friendly nature. I went to see Leo after I graduated from Siena because I needed a car. He sold me a 1969 Chevy (with electric windows, no less) for $200 cash - because he knew that's all I could afford at the time. I pray now that this generous & kind soul is deeply rewarded in heaven... Open the gates, St. Peter, "9 Aces" has arrived!
